About the job

We’re looking for a confident, organised, and proactive communicator to join us as a Senior Account & New Business Manager. The role will be responsible for overseeing retention and securing new business for company partners at Creative Lives in Progress. Reporting to the Head of Projects & Accounts, you’ll develop and deliver partner strategies, manage high-value accounts, and lead outreach to secure new opportunities.

Key Tasks

New Business:

  • Oversee retention and new business for company partners

  • Ensure our sales materials are up to date at all times

  • Collaborate with Head of Projects & Accounts and Managing Director to develop the new business strategy

  • Deliver outreach to potential new Company Partners including introduction meetings and follow-up dialogues

  • Track outreach and update business development documents

  • Inform, update and maintain company partner revenue forecasting 

  • Provide consultancy & support on new business bespoke services 

  • Oversee and lead our Boosted Opportunities new business and sales

Accounts and Projects:

  • Support and influence the development and delivery of company partner strategy and yearly package. 

  • Manage our company partner accounts

  • Onboard and set up new Company partners

  • Oversee and support on the production of our company partner regular deliverables

  • Manage company partners featured opportunities campaigns

  • Oversee the curation of all company partners access to regular events and content opportunities.  

  • Invite and promote our bespoke services to our company partners

  • Record and report Company partner engagement and impact

  • Maintain the identity and values of the business publicly and represent the business where necessary online or in-person.

  • Invoicing and reconciliation of Company partner finances

  • Liaise with our Business Affairs Manager within our company network to ensure our partnership contracts and policies are up to date and accurate.

About You

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to foster strong relationships with teams, collaborators, and clients

  • Experience managing high-value accounts and partnerships

  • Excellent client servicing with a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Outstanding presentation skills with the confidence to deliver to high-profile clients

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities

  • Strategic thinking to identify trends and growth opportunities

  • Positive and proactive problem solver, providing solutions and welcoming new challenges

  • Self-sufficient and able to use initiative when encountering challenges

  • Culturally aware of the creative industry around them

Key Details

  • Salary: £34,000 to £40,000 (depending on experience)

  • Reports to: Head of Projects and Accounts

  • Hours: Full Time | Monday to Friday | 9am to 5.30pm with flexitime between 8.30am and 6.30pm

  • Location: Hybrid working - 2 days based in our London studio on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with 3 days working from home
